Rieka is a stunning Model Mare (Leffert x Hearke-Preferent)

Foalbook--not entered in the registry for breeding

Studbook--average mare for breeding

Studbook 3^rd Premium--Just under Star status, is passes performance test can go star

Star 2^nd Premium--Quality breeding mare, only 20% make star status

Star 1^st Premium--Top breeding mare, only 5% attain this status

Model Mare--Must make 1^st premium star in the year to be presented for Model. If selected for Provisional Model, must pass performance test

ONLY 1% of Mares WORLDWIDE make MODEL MARE

Preferent--Breeding mares that have had 4 star offspring A mare can become preferent, without making star status.

Crown Jewel--Breeding mare that has 8 star offspring

Prestatie--Breeding mare that has had 4 offpsring win in high levels of sport.

Foal Keurings--0 Lame or bad confirmation or movement, or not presented

3^rd premium--Average

2^nd premium--well above average, only 20% achieve

1^st premium--the highest foal aware, only 5% achieve

Rieka has always been a performer and she has the bloodlines to back her up.

Rieka’s mother is double preferent, her grandmother is also double preferent  and her great-great grandmother is double preferent.

Her great grandmother, Hanske (Ster + 2x double preferent) attained the award of 8 star children, thus becoming one of the only two Crown Jewel designated mares in the U.S.A.

The 2nd USA mare is her daughter, Elaine. Hanske bred til she was 24 years old and died in 2002 at age 29 in California.

Reika's mother is double preferent, her grandmother is double preferent and her great great grandmother is also double preferent! Reika is also going Preferent soon with a Star Stallion son, and she has a Lolke mare for star in 2009, a Anton mare for star in 2010 and another Anton daughter for star in 2011. dam line 49, with the most double preferent motherline; extremely fertile.
